Responsibilities

We’re seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and deliver construction or engineering projects across Europe (Data Centers). You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, while upholding the highest standards in Health & Safety, Quality, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project delivery and act as the main point of contact for clients
• Manage teams, subcontractors, and resources to meet deadlines and budgets
• Drive performance, ensure compliance with HS&E, and contractual obligations
• Conduct planning, reporting, forecasting, and commercial administration
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience in construction or engineering
• Strong commercial and contract law knowledge (NEC/JCT or similar)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience managing direct staff and subcontractors
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; MS Project or Eque2 is a plus
• IOSH or SMSTS certified; valid CSCS/VCA card OR equivalent in EU
• Willingness to travel and work across Europe, including weekends or nights if required

Nice to Have:
• Experience in Fire, Security, Data, or Electrical sectors
• HNC qualification or equivalent industry experience
